Julia Gulbin

Julia Gulbin joined Climate & Company in February 2024 as a Junior Communications Officer. She is mainly responsible for the ” Wissenschaftsplattform Sustainable Finance” project, which Climate & Company supports as a cooperation partner. Her focus is on strategic outreach for scientific findings in German-speaking countries and further strengthening the bridge between science and politics in Germany through communication.

Julia is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Communication Management at Leipzig University. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Publizistik at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. In a research project as part of her Master’s degree, she gained initial scientific insights into how the current Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) influences companies’ CSR communications. Prior to this, she completed internships in various communications departments and was able to provide communications support for environmental protection projects at a nature conservation organisation.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling, attending poetry slams and drawing courses, getting active with NABU and spending time outdoors in nature.
