Climate & Company works to accelerate a just transition for climate and nature in the sectors and value chains where progress is most urgent and important.

We are an international team of more than 25 forward-thinking experts dedicated to supporting leaders driving sustainability transformation and conservation in the public and private sector.

We combine expertise in finance, data and regulation with hands-on experience across global markets, giving us a comprehensive view of what is needed to move from commitment to action.

Policy brief: How implementation guidance can help connect the CSDDD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy and EUDR

July 23, 2026 - The EU Commission is writing guidelines for companies on how to fulfil their due diligence obligation under the CSDDD. Our answer to their call for input: use this mandate as an opportunity to show alignment of definitions, data points and tools used under the CSRD, the EU Taxonomy and the EUDR. A small extra step to make sure simplification works in practice.
