Kathi Elshorst

Kathi joined Climate & Company as a Junior Analyst in August 2023 in the field of EU Taxonomy, with the aim to make it more ambitious and consistent. She is currently finishing her Masters of Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. On the side, she is also involved in Climate Activism and has gained experience around climate policy both from a small youth NGO advocating for climate justice as well as through organising protests for ambitious climate action.

In her free time, Kathi enjoys cycling, creative writing and Do-It-Yourself projects!

At Climate & Company, Kathi looks forward to working on developing a financial system that will aid and accelerate the transition to a sustainable future.
