Dr. Christof Welker

Christof joined Climate & Company in February 2024 as our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and oversees Administration. Finance, Human Resources and IT.

He brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant and partner in management consultancies to our organisation, advising financial institutions in terms of strategy development, digitisation and transformation management. Christof holds a Master’s degree and a Ph.D in Economics.

In his free time, Christof enjoys cycling, hiking, tennis, playing the violin and cooking.
