We connect three key groups that rarely speak the same language but must work together to deliver real outcomes for climate, nature and people: policymakers, financial institutions, and companies of all sizes –from smallholders to multinationals, upstream and downstream across entire value chains.
By acting as a bridge between these groups, we help unlock capital, align incentives, and remove barriers to change.
We implement in close collaboration with decision-makers, serving as their sparring partners and equipping them with the data, tools, and arguments they need to act with confidence.

What We Do
Together with partners in more than 25 countries, we co-develop solutions with regulators and market actors and test them in real-world situations at the critical choking points of value chains. We focus on deforestation-free supply chains, climate and nature transparency, resilient materials value chains and transition finance, and we design every solution to be practical, investable and ready to scale.
In parallel, we build open access tools that help companies and financial institutions manage risks, strengthen accountability and direct capital towards the transition. Through pilots with smallholders, workers, sustainability and procurement leaders, standard setters, supervisors and regulators in sectors such as food, forests and mining, we demonstrate what works in practice and how it can be scaled.
Our policy impact is evident in our contribution to shaping major EU frameworks including the EU Deforestation Regulation, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, and the EU Taxonomy, and supporting their global implementation. Beyond Europe, we have contributed to national sustainable finance, climate and nature policies in 10 countries.
