Paula joined Climate & Company in August 2022 as an International Policy Analyst. Paula holds a master’s degree in Environmental Governance from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Politics, and Social Thought from Bard College Berlin. During her studies, Paula had the opportunity to go to Rio de Janeiro and Hong Kong for exchange semesters, as well as joining as a student worker or intern different organizations such as the Water Integrity Network, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Women4Biodiversity, Plan International, among others. Her studies, interests, and working experience come well together to now focus on the topics of Sustainable Finance and Sustainable Land Use at Climate & Company. She is passionate about languages and Latin-American Politics and in her free time, she likes to go hiking, play tennis, discover new board games, and enjoying time with friends and family.
