Joint Letter from CSOs to the Federal Ministry of Justice on the ESRS Public Consultation

A number of Civil Society Organisations including Climate & Company have signed a joint letter (in German) urging the German government to support these 4 central points during negotiations on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards:

1. No Dilution of Ambition or Further Phase-Ins/Delays
2. Mandatory Reporting of Key Climate Indicators
3. Enhancing the Materiality Assessment Process
4. Mandatory Reporting of SFDR Indicators
