Tycho Tax

Tycho joined the Climate & Company team in 2021 as an advisor on data science and quantitative economics-related topics. He has a background in physics and mathematics and began his career as a researcher at Imperial College London where he studied the information theoretic properties of artificial neural networks.

Wishing to work on projects with real-world impact, he has applied his expertise to solve challenging societal problems in the fields of healthcare, economics, disinformation and the environment. At Climate & Company, among other things, he works on on supply chain modeling and its relation to biodiversity finance and deforestation. Aside from work, he enjoys singing classical music, playing squash, sport climbing and writing poetry.
