Fritz Trienekens

Fritz is an expert in sustainability reporting and plays a vital role in our projects related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Union’s Voluntary SME Standards. He manages our resource library, which provides companies with free access to practical guidance and tools for sustainability reporting.

He joined the Climate & Company team in August 2023 as a Junior Analyst, where he initially supported our Co-Founder and CEO, David Rusnok. Since then, he has closely followed and actively contributed to developments in the evolving regulatory framework surrounding the CSRD. While his primary project focus is in Germany, Fritz has also been involved in several international projects, including engagements in Spain and Morocco, as well as an international exchange with experts in sustainable finance from China.

Fritz graduated from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics in 2022 with an MSc in Management and Entrepreneurship. In parallel, he is developing a rural tourism project in the Algarve, Portugal, which focuses on workations and promotes sustainable practices.
